Old Town West

Our goal with this Old Town remodel  was to renew its charm and preserve its history.  We honored the home’s original character by preserving unique architectural details, repurposing materials, and refreshing the character it brought to the neighborhood, while updating every space to better support our client’s current  lifestyle. 

The renovation focused on enhancing flow and livability throughout the home. Walls were thoughtfully opened to create brighter, more connected living areas, allowing natural light to move freely from room to room. Restored hardwoods, updated trim profiles, and period-appropriate finishes maintain the home’s historic integrity, while modern lighting, improved storage, and updated systems make the whole home more comfortable and functional. 

Custom cabinetry, timeless tilework, and quality appliances bring the space into modern day without losing the spirit of the original structure.  The entire space was  reimagined using materials that feel both fresh and historically grounded. Original elements were preserved or restored whenever possible, and new additions were designed to feel seamless and respectful of the home’s past.
